At Hannah Jane Couture, each bridal gown is made or ordered specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our dresses, all bridal gown sales are final and non-refundable. We take great care to ensure your dress is ordered to the correct specifications and encourage brides to be certain of their choice before finalizing their order.
Custom Orders
Bridal gowns are considered custom orders and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged once purchased. This policy protects the integrity of your order and ensures every bride receives a gown created just for her.
Accessories & Other Items
Accessories such as veils, jewelry, and other non-custom items may be subject to different policies. Please ask a team member for details before purchasing.
Appointments & Deposits
Appointment deposits, when required, are non-refundable but may be applied to your gown purchase.
