Shipping Policy

At Hannah Jane Couture, we take great care in handling your bridal purchases. While most of our gowns are custom orders and picked up in-store, we do offer shipping options for accessories. Please review our policy below.

Bridal Gowns

  • Bridal gowns are custom orders and are typically picked up in-store at our Northwest Montana location.

  • If shipping a gown is required due to special circumstances, please speak directly with one of our team members to discuss available options, costs, and delivery timelines.

Accessories & Jewelry

  • We offer standard shipping on accessories, veils, and jewelry within the United States only.

  • Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for accessories are calculated at checkout.

  • If gown shipping is approved, charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery & Liability

  • Hannah Jane Couture is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

In-Store Pickup

  • We encourage all brides to pick up their gowns in person to ensure the perfect fit and to receive any final guidance from our team.

  • Accessories may also be picked up in-store at no additional cost.
